- All client data is hosted within the U.S.-never stored outside the country.

Personnel & Access Control
- Only essential, authorized Med Pulse personnel can access our infrastructure, and only via scheduled, audited access protocols.
- All employees undergo criminal background checks before employment and periodically thereafter.
System Defenses & Resilience
- Real-time monitoring protects against threats like DoS or brute-force attacks, with alerts going directly to engineering and support teams.
- We conduct unannounced third-party penetration tests at least quarterly to validate our defenses.
- Our infrastructure is designed with fault tolerance in mind-featuring redundant web services, fax transport systems, telephony, networking components, and multiple data centers for full system continuity.
Backup & Data Availability
- Configuration and operational data are backed up in real time across our infrastructure to ensure seamless availability and robust disaster recovery
